seqüelas de uma economia neoliberal e do modelo hegemônico curativo e hospitalocêntrico,
cuja origem é anterior ao SUS. A perda da memória da perspectiva histórica
e dialética das lutas de classes golpeou o sentido socializante da Reforma Sanitária:
neutralizou a crítica das forças ideológicas que disputam a direção social da Saúde
Pública; deslocou o debate sobre os antagonismos sociais para acirradas “disputas
metodológicas” e favoreceu a emersão de ideologias relativas a um “terceiro caminho”
teórico-filosófico, nem positivista e nem materialista dialético. Neste contexto, colocase
em questão a contribuição dos profissionais de saúde dos Hospitais Universitários
Públicos na formação de profissionais que irão atuar na rede pública. Profissionais que
